1. Nature of the service
Aurora Arcana is an app for entertainment and symbolic self-knowledge. The readings (cards, natal chart, conversations with Aurora) are symbolic interpretations and do not replace professional guidance in physical or mental health, finances, law, family decisions, or personal safety.
2. Minimum age
The service is intended for users 13 years or older. In jurisdictions with a higher minimum age, the local age applies.
3. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases
- Consumable chat credits — purchased via App Store or Play. Refunds per the store's policy.
- Aurora+ (subscription) — recurring monthly. Cancel any time via the store or billing portal.
4. Content generated by Aurora
Responses generated by AI can contain inaccuracies. Use them with judgment. Don't decide medicine, law, or finances based on Aurora alone.
5. Expected conduct
By using the service, you agree not to:
- Defraud purchases, credits, or subscriptions;
- Reverse-engineer the app to extract content in bulk;
- Send spam, harass others, or post illegal content;
- Share or sell access to your account.
6. Termination
We may suspend access in case of abuse. You can terminate at any time by uninstalling the app or requesting deletion.
7. Intellectual property
Content (text, illustrations, icons) is owned by Aurora Arcana. You can screenshot and share your individual reading.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the readings. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Governing law
Brazilian law. Venue: judicial district of São Paulo/SP, subject to applicable consumer jurisdiction.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app before taking effect.
