Delete my account

Aurora Arcana doesn't require signup — there's no email or password. What ties your history to the app is an anonymous identifier (UUID) generated on first launch. Even so, we offer an explicit path to wipe all your data from the server.
How to delete in the app
- Open the Aurora Arcana app.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Done — the request is recorded on the server.
What gets erased
We remove from the server everything tied to your anonymous UUID:
- Reading history (question + card + answer).
- Conversations with Aurora (messages, threads, context).
- Credit balance and purchase records (Apple/Google keep the store receipt).
- Preferences (tone, theme, reversed cards).
- Natal charts, synastries, match scores.
- Mood tracker.
- Streaks, achievements, aggregated patterns.
- Gifted cards sent/received.
- Social feed opt-in and mutual matches.
- Aurora+ canceled at the end of the current cycle.
- Local data remains until you uninstall.
30-day grace period
The deletion stays pending for 30 days. If you reopen the app during that window with the same UUID, the request is automatically canceled. After 30 days, the server removes everything permanently — no recovery possible.

If you've lost access to the app or device, send a manual email:

Delete account — anonId: <xxx> - Body: include the anonId if you wrote it down; or share clues (approximate install date, platform, purchase email).
We reply within 7 business days. The 30-day grace period still applies.
How to find your anonId
In the app: Settings → About → Anonymous identifier. Format 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.
